Flink is your online supermarket. Everything you buy in a supermarket, can be ordered from us. We will deliver it to your door in minutes. We have everything from fresh vegetables and fruit to ingredients for your dinner, but also everything you need for happy hour!

I received the wrong product(s) with my Flink order. What should I do?
Sorry about that! Contact our customer service in the app or webshop and share with them what happened. We will try to solve this problem for you as soon as possible!
A product is missing from my order. What should I do?
Sorry, that was an oversight. Let us know directly via our support in the app or the webshop and we'll find a quick solution. As a small compensation, we'll give you a code for your next order. This way, the delivery charges will be on us next time.
What are your opening hours?
We deliver to you Mon-Thu from 7.30 or 8am (varies per city) until 11pm and Fri-Sat from 7.30 or 8am until Midnight. We're closed on Sunday.
What is the delivery fee?
We charge a dynamic delivery fee of €1,99. This is depending on the size of your order. You'll see the exact costs during checkout in the app.
Can I pay when my order is delivered?
No. You pay in just a few clicks when you place the order using one of our several online payment options.
Flink doesn't sell my favourite brand. How can I tell you about it?
We would love to hear what you think is missing on Flink. We are always open to new products to expand our selection. So don't hesitate to give us your feedback here.
I regularly see your riders riding. How can I become a Flink rider?
We are regularly looking for new riders throughout Germany. You can sign up here to become a rider or warehouse employee.
Is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order value is 10€.
Why do I sometimes have to wait longer for my order?
If it is busy, it can sometimes unfortunately take a bit longer for your order to be delivered. The estimated delivery time is always indicated in the app before you place your order. If the order has not arrived after the delivery time indicated, you can contact our customer service.
I forgot to add something to my order. Can I still change it?
We start packing your order right away so it arrives to you quickly. As a result, it is impossible to make changes after placing the order.
Where can I drop of my bottles with deposit?
Your empty can and bottles with deposits can be returned at all REWE stores.
Are all the organic products really organic?
Yes! We have official Bio certifications. Our Bio-Kontrollstellennummer is DE-ÖKO-037. We stand for full transparency and will of course gladly inform you about the exact numbers of our organic products. Simply contact our support team and we will be happy to help you.
