What is Flink?

Flink is your online supermarket. Everything you buy in a supermarket, can be ordered from us. We will deliver it to your door in minutes. We have everything from fresh vegetables and fruit to ingredients for your dinner, but also everything you need for happy hour!​

I received the wrong product(s) with my Flink order. What should I do?​

Sorry about that! Contact our customer service in the app or webshop and share with them what happened. We will try to solve this problem for you as soon as possible!

A product is missing from my order. What should I do?​

Sorry! That was a mistake. Please contact customer service in the app or the webshop and we will solve this problem. Any extra costs are, of course, on us.

What are your opening hours?

We deliver to you Mon-Thu from 7.30am - 11pm and Fri-Sat from 7.30am - Midnight. ​

What is the delivery fee?

The delivery fee is based on distance from your closest hub and your basket size – the higher your basket value, the lower the delivery fee. You'll find your exact delivery fee during checkout in the app.

Why do you charge a storage fee?

In addition to the delivery costs, we charge an additional fee (storage fee) for certain products. This fee compensates for the higher costs associated with the sale of these products, e.g. special expenses for inspection, storage or protection against theft. The storage fee applies to every order that includes at least one such product and is shown separately in the shopping cart or in the order overview.

Can I pay when my order is delivered?

No. You pay in just a few clicks when you place the order using one of our several online payment options.

I regularly see your riders riding. How can I become a Flink rider?

We are regularly looking for new riders. You can sign up here to become a rider or warehouse employee.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. The minimum order value is based on distance from your closest hub. You'll find the exact minimum order value when ordering in the app.

Why do I sometimes have to wait longer for my order?

If it is busy, it can sometimes unfortunately take a bit longer for your order to be delivered. The estimated delivery time is always indicated in the app before you place your order. If the order has not arrived after the delivery time indicated, you can contact our customer service.

Why can't I place an order during opening times?

If it gets too busy, your hub may temporarily restrict new, incoming orders so they can avoid extensive delivery times.

I forgot to add something to my order. Can I still change it?

We start packing your order right away so it arrives to you quickly. As a result, it is impossible to make changes after placing the order.

Where can I drop off my bottles with deposit?

Your empty can and bottles with deposits can be returned at all REWE stores.

Are all the organic products really organic?

Yes! We have official Bio certifications. Our Bio-Kontrollstellennummer is DE-ÖKO-037. We stand for full transparency and will of course gladly inform you about the exact numbers of our organic products. Simply contact our support team and we will be happy to help you.
